These shops are harder and harder to find. My experience was both bad and good. The bad: I took my car in to get an estimate. I had two tears in each two bottom seats in the driver and passenger side. $400 estimate which I thought was fair. They work on a cash only basis with a deposit due at time of ordering. I was told it would take two days. Unfortunate it took four and when I called I could not get an answer and it went to a full voice mail box. I called an alternate number coming from Hastings Minnesota which finally took me to somebody. When I got the car back I noticed white stretch marks and other imperfections on my black leather drivers seat. Passenger side had a wrinkle in it they said would go away. No huge deal but the driver seat was. After leaving it there two more days I was able to get it at 3:30. When I picked it up the drivers side was perfect. I would like to give a shout out to Rob, a thin, white haired gentleman that apparently does a lot of work there. He was very polite and apologized for all the problems and promised to make it right. They redid the leather on my car door it was cracking. I was worried the leather wouldn't match exactly, but it matched perfectly. Their price was very reasonable too for the amount of work that they had to do. They are really skilled and good at what they do. I highly recommend them. I'm going to let them redo my leather seats in my car, too.

They did an excellent job for me with a boat cushion I needed restored. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. Thank you!

Maybe the guy was new, i don't know. I had the Headliner replaced, seat leather fixed, and door panels fixed. At least, that was my request. Did that happen? Not even close. Headliner.....mostly done right? Except i now have an "Airbag" light. Seat was done right for the most part. Door panels.....NOT EVEN CLOSE. I could have done a better job with a can of spray glue. I will NEVER go to these guys again, and will NEVER recommend them...to ANYONE.
